It is unwise to pay too much but it is worse to pay too little. When you pay too much you may lose a little money, that’s all.

you bought was incapable of doing the thing you bought it for.

a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder it is a good idea to add

A: No. As a business I have been creative in my structure to avoid charging clients VAT. My input tax is minimal and the effect of adding an output tax on to my business customer's fees would be dramatic as many are not registered.
